Refund and Returns Policy

At Reward International UK, we work hard to ensure you have a trouble free journey when making a donation and we want to make it as smooth as possible. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen.

Reward International UK is generally not able to refund donations but we will consider a refund of any duplicate donations made in error (if, for example, you clicked on the Donate button more than once). If you have made a duplicate donation(s) by mistake, please email: admin@riuk.org.uk
